We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned territories. You will lead a team of field representatives, build relationships with distributors, and execute sales strategies aligned with Tineta's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow distributor relationships across the assigned region. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Train and mentor field sales representatives. Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in veterinary pharma or animal health. Proven track record of managing distributor networks. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
